Over a foot of snow fell at our house between yesterday & today. Luckily I am on vacation this week so I didn’t have to worry about going to work. I was able to relax with my little man and have ourselves a snow day.
Last year he wanted nothing to do with the snow (except watching it). Boy, what a difference a year makes. He was hesitant at first, but after a few minutes he was kicking and throwing the snow. It was so amazing to watch him play and truly experience the snow for the first time.
After our playtime and a nap, the two of us curled up on the sofa and watched Toy Story together. A perfect snow day!
